We will return the documents to you, and a letter explaining the reason why. You will then have a chance to correct the error and return the documents to our office for the processing and submission again; you will also have to submit another processing fee per document. To avoid this, please familiarize yourself with your own documents. Check with the appropriate official's office to make sure your documents are updated and within the acceptable year for processing, and are notarized and/or certified correctly. Once processing has begun, there are no refunds.
