1. Pay with Google Checkout or mail in one of the above forms of payment . Either way, you will still need to mail in the "Cover Letter for Mailing" along with your documents.

 

2. Print off the "Cover Letter For Mailing" . Follow the instructions carefully on the Cover Letter, and mail to our office along with your documents today. If you would rather have us mail you the cover letter and instructions, please call us or send us an e-mail  with your request and contact information.

*IMPORTANT: Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your documents. During busy seasons the process can take two weeks to a month or longer; please prepare for this.
